Why would anyone want to contact owners directly?

Whenever anyone looks on the internet looking to contact OWNERS DIRECT for more information about the property, they’re not usually looking for what is in the broom cupboard or worried that there is a bedside cabinet. They like to know if the villa has enough room for the whole family, what is about in the local area or who to contact in case of emergency. Owners though often purchase their homes with a view to selling it in the future, hopefully for a tidy profit, and while they rent the property out to holiday makers often do not use it themselves.
